Project Manager – Mobile Networks in Mining Projects

We are Esimtel Telecommunications, a company with 30 years of experience in the sector and a team of over 250 employees, recognized for leading innovative telecommunications solutions. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (PM) with experience in mobile network projects within the mining sector to lead and coordinate operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of mobile network projects in mining environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and efficient implementation.
- Manage subcontractors in the field, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, aligning project goals with client expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and high levels of productivity.
- Supervise the deployment and optimization of mobile network infrastructure in remote mining locations (3G, 4G, 5G).
- Ensure that project deliverables meet all technical specifications, safety protocols, and telecom regulations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in project management for mobile network deployments in mining projects.
- Strong background in the planning and implementation of telecom solutions in mining environments.
- Experience managing subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination and compliance with deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel (tables, formulas, pivot tables, reports) and other office tools.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and creative-thinking abilities.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
- Residence in Santiago, RM.
